Starting from the east of the village, the Parish Church found on the south side of Broadway Road. Moving along Broadway Road, towards the west. Down from the church on the north side is Vardens pond, extended and improved as a village Jubilee project. Continuing into the village, the Medical Centre ,Broadway Village Hall and Book Shed will be on your left. Crossing Suggs Lane, Neroche Primary School and Pre-School is again on the left of Broadway Road. Next to the school is the Play Park. The Bell Public House comes up on the left after leaving the Play Park. The War Memorial is to be found on the junction of Broadway Road and Goose Lane. At the very end of Broadway Road, turn left into Pound Road towards Taunton and the Broadway and Horton Cricket Club is located on the right.
If you turn left at Goose Lane and cross the bridge over the River Ding a short distance on your left is the Horton General Stores and Post Office. At the end of Goose Lane is the Five Dials Public House.
